Self-Improvement and Interesting Knowledge

There are many questions that people have about how to perform certain supposed psychic or paranormal abilities, such as the ability to project the consciousness and have out of body experiences for example.

And there are many sources of information that can provide some very sound advice in this regard, that is instruction on techniques and general methodology that can make such abilities possible.

But seldom, I feel, is there an explanation as to why some do better than others in being able to perform these techniques and abilities. And while it is most likely the case that some people do better with certain techniques than others because those techniques just fit them better, it is also the case that there is a missing piece that is seldom talked about, a missing piece as to why certain people have better results than others.

And that key principle, the reason why things work for some but not for others, is power, psychic force, and more importantly, how to increase this force.

In this article I would like to go over a question that a certain reader had, and my answer to that question. I wish to do this because in answering this question, I provide an answer as to how to increase your psychic force, and how this force and its increase has multidimensional aspects that not only increase the complexity of working with this energy, but also show how this energy is really without limit, for those that can learn to tap into it.

Please note that in this article I will be referring to my personal techniques, and the map that I provide as an Inner Alchemist to my readers. As such, if you are not familiar with these techniques or the terminology used, there may be a few questions that you might have, but I strongly feel that the information here outweighs differences in technique, and that indeed this information can be used by anyone to apply to their own practice, no matter what kind of techniques you are using.

In this particular case, this reader had and is becoming more and more adept in the techniques that I write about, and as a result has made some very important correlations, that will going forward, greatly increase this practitioners potential power.

He starts by telling me that he has discovered, through his own work (his own personal inner action) the direct correlation between the techniques that I discuss in the Magnum Opus and the techniques that I then describe in the second book of that trilogy, The Way of the Projectionist.

My reply to this is as follows:

I am very glad to know you are progressing quickly, and I think that you have quite naturally come upon a point where the techniques discussed in the Magnum Opus coincide and unite with the Way of the Projectionist. As you note, being that one in the end involves the other, the ability to project can greatly enhance your ability to reabsorb past energetic loss, and consequently, your ability to absorb past events does greatly increase your psychic power and your ability therefore to project your consciousness farther and with much greater potency.

For those not familiar with my technique, or for those that wonder as to the correlation here, it is important to note that one level of technique that he refers to in ‘the Magnum Opus’, directly feeds the other in ‘the way of the projectionist’. This reader then has taught himself how to absorb latent psychic force, and store that force, which is covered in the Magnum Opus, and then use it to expand his abilities to project his consciousness farther and farther, using the techniques covered in the book, the Way of the Projectionist. There is therefore a correlation, that this person has been able to verify by himself, between the absorption of psychic force and the ability to perform extraordinary feats of mental action such as projecting (astral Travel). This discovery is most important, especially when a person can experience it for themselves through their own doing.

This then is the answer to the question that is posed at the beginning of this article in actual practice:

Those that can’t seem to replicate a technique, with the same power and efficiency as others may be having troubles, because they do not have the psychic power needed to do what they want to do, to the extent that they want to do it, and no one has shown them how to increase this force, or how to work with it in any way. People are told about a certain technique, their given all these examples of people that have been able to replicate the techniques mentioned, but that is as far as it goes. Some people perform these techniques and get some results, while others do not. But seldom is there any real explanation as to why this is so. So this is the basic answer, the more psychic power you have, the better your result, and one of the way to gain psychic power is through the use of the techniques that I outline in the book The Magnum Opus.

To make the point even more succinct, this person reports that as his absorption of psychic force has increased, his projections have indeed become more vivid, and he is beginning to be able to tap into alternate histories, which to him at the time seem more like simple daydreams. In trying to explain to him that these simple daydreams are more important than he may at first realize, I use an example which I think you may find useful in your own practice,

I reply as follows:

As you do become a more adept projectionist, many of the questions that you now have will be answered through your own experience just like you are able to answer this initial and incredibly important question. But here I will outline certain perplexities that have been discovered by inner alchemists, that might help you along the way.

While it is indeed possible to use your projectionist techniques to go very far back in your life, these projections will also allow you to perceive what could be referred to as alternate life events, that while non-existent in accordance to your memory of past events, nevertheless can play a significant role in your present situation. These alternate events can also lead to what could be referred to as simultaneous reincarnational events, that is alternate life tracks, simultaneous life-lines, that while not being the past as we may remember it, still can affect this present reality through often times unconscious communications in dreams, ideas, and impulses, that may lead us in unsuspected future directions.

Generally, these alternate histories stay far in the background of the conscious self, but for an adept, who is progressing in power, as they move through the rooms of the projectionist and as they involve themselves in the reabsorption of their energetic totality, so as to gain more and more psychic power, these alternate realities, these other dimensional existences, become known to them, and this can have many benefits.

Let me give you an example, let’s say that as you use your projectionist techniques to travel back to a very early time in your past. You begin to re-absorb and begin to follow the track of your life (your life history) into what you refer to as the present moment. But as you do so, you discover that you seem to go into a dream like alternate place, because instead of becoming the person that you are now, you instead follow a track of events that lead you to experience a life, or a set of events that are completely different from what you consider to be true ‘reality’.

Now, you might believe that your projections while valid in some sense, are not valid when it comes to re-absorption, because even though you were consciously transported to what could be referred to as another dimensional reality, this reality had nothing to do with what you consider to be factual history, and therefore any absorption that you did there, you would imagine, must not count? ‘This isn’t real life’, you imagine.

Well, the thing is that these alternate places often times do count, because they do indeed represent events that do hold parts of ourselves, parts of our energy, because they are legitimate and real in their own alternate dimension. And as such, as a projectionist grows in power they greatly expand their concept of who they are, how big they really are, on the inside. And because of this, they greatly expand the kinds of energy as well available to them, the amount of energy they can tap into and re-absorb, which then greatly increases their power even more, which then allows them to become even more powerful projectionists, etc.

I hope you can understand what I’m trying to tell you here, there is great nuance, but this nuance is not something that is beyond you. It just requires that you grow in your projectionist abilities, which will quite naturally expand your intellect and your ability to see beyond the borders of who you thought you had been up till now.

Continue as you have, you are making great progress. But do note that in order to do so you will need to increase your ability as a projectionist, which will naturally coincide with your ability to absorb and contain energy. A seeming Catch-22, I know, but the idea that anything is linear, or that the extent of your life is whatever followed some trajectory course from a beginning to an end, is the real illusion in all of life.

As you can see from my response to this question, you are indeed far more expansive, far more magical and powerful, than you may now believe yourself to be. And it is possible for anyone to master the abilities that some call impossible. What you need to do, is to not just master the technique that will allow you to travel astrally, project your consciousness or even escape the three dimensional trap, as I call it, of this physical universe, but to also master the techniques that allow you to work and absorb energy. Without this latter and most critical ability, the supposedly impossible will always be just out of your reach, there is no other way.

If you would like to know more about the specific techniques that I have been discussing here, I recommend the books The Magnum Opus, and The Way of the Projectionist.

There are a number of different methods that are recommended, and techniques used, to try to initiate out of body travels or astral projections.

In this article I don’t want to focus on these techniques, but instead I want to discuss the many incredible and fantastical perceptions, that are possible when a person can successfully find themselves in the out of body condition.

I feel, that it is very important to talk about these issues, because the sheer power and crazy bewildering nature of them, can in the simplest of terms, be the biggest reason why most people give up trying to go further in their out of body journeys.

We try something, and as we do so we experience unusual, weird, and what we may at times even call foolish things, that instantly make us question the reality of what just happened. We see something, and know that in the supposed real world, these things could not possibly be, and so we say, what a load of rubbish, its all in my head, there is no ‘real’ in these silly experiences, I am making it all up in my head…and we stop.

We are all so used to a life of experiences perceived through stable physical senses, that we forget just how hard we actually had to work, to make these experiences so stable to begin with. We forget the many odd incidents that we had as children, the magic around every corner, and the fact that this magic, that filled our lives back then, was due to the fact that we were ( in those times ) far more flexible, far more innocent, more clear, more unsullied, by the expectations and regulations that a reasonable world imposes upon us.

Our eyes were not so imprisoned by the rules of reason, and what should ( or should not be) back in our childhood days. These young and unsullied eyes were far freer, and they might for that reason, warp things on occasion, see near as far, change the color of things, and even at certain times, see fantastical events and beings that now, with our completely ordered and reasoned eyes, we could never see. Because we could never accept as real, as fact, as possible even, that which is not within the boundaries of the accepted world order.

If our eyes do funny things now, we reprimand ourselves, we tell ourselves that something is wrong, we are losing it, some kind of it, I don’t know what it exactly, but whatever that ‘it’ is, it means that we must be going nuts, that we have broken a law of reality, or that we are broken ourselves, and are in quick need of some kind of help.

But, thankfully for the average person, most of us do not have to worry about odd visual anomalies in the physical dimension. Most of us have become stable and happy, deeply bored perhaps, but happy stable adult humans while in this waking reality. And in the same way that we learnt to stabilise the physical world, to become complacent even in our physical reality, we can learn to bring order to the other realms that we all have access to; those other realms that can be accessed when we focus our efforts, and therefore our attention, on leaving the 3 dimensional cube behind for a little while, and travel out of our bodies, to discover the magic of our childhood once again.

When we first begin our journeys out of the body, we will always run into what I refer to as phantom images. I call these ‘phantom images’ not because they are not real, or because they are less important than other perceptions and realities that we are more used to, but because they represent different dimensional orders, or frequencies of existence if you like; they are images that do not easily fit into, the one hard dimension that most people call actual reality; concrete, sane, common sense, common order…reality.

This can be a difficult concept, but it is a crucially important one for those that are travelling astrally, that are willing to experiment for themselves, to see if there is indeed something beyond the physical.

What this concept means is that when we are seeing, that is perceiving, with eyes that are not physical, with internal eyes, internal senses, we can see a great jumble of things that seem to have little to no stability, which is quite obvious from the fact that anything that we may see, can morph and change from one thing to another very rapidly; our inner visions (or perceptions of any kind) are often an odd, fluid, chaotic, scrambled.

And no wonder therefore, that most people who try these Out of Body Techniques, quickly give up, thinking that its all bunk, that its all in their heads, that its delusion.

Now, the easiest fix and advise, one which I recommend myself, is to not worry so much about the chaotic and seemingly unrealistic nature of these visions. Many people instantly want to be out of body, so that they can then go spy on what their friend on the other side of the city is doing. They want instant and perfect perception. When they instead find that they have only seen odd jumbles of things, that have no relation to what their friend may report to have actually been doing on the day of the visit, they give up and call all such projecting, a silly flight of fancy. And so the best advise is really, forget about supposed accuracy and supposed reality at first. Don’t expect to go read secret documents somewhere and record your findings. Instead just go with the flow of your visions, and accept the fact that these visions will at first, and for some time to come, be as odd and convoluted as remembered dreams.

This then is the simple and most practical first advice, but I feel personally that A little more explanation IS required. Or else why go on really? If unrealistic inaccurate jumble is all there is at first, then why try?

The thing is though that it is not jumble, not in the sense that it is all worthless visions, meaning random unimportant nothing. There is a logic there, a logic far more complex and powerful than simple physical reason, and knowing that this logic is a foundational principal beneath the many chaotic, that is complex system, visions that you will encounter out of the body, can help you to want to keep going in your efforts. And as such, you must therefore know that in time, you will begin to understand this complex perceptive jumble, which will then unfold before you as the magical nature of personal reality.

When you exit the physical body then, and move across what seems to be space, and see a tree in your back yard for example, you may see a different tree than the one that you see with your physical eyes. This astral tree may be small, it may have things on it, or it may not have things on it that were in the physical tree in your back yard. What you see through your physical eyes, and what you see through your astral eyes can be very different, especially when you are just starting your travels.

But what your astral eyes are seeing is not wrong, it is just different, and in many ways far more precise and informative, not only about the state of the tree itself, but also about the state of your own psyche, and even in purely physically practical terms, the inner eyes are far more powerful and insightful than the physical ones. This is so, because we cannot see anything without coloring and changing that something with our own filter of reality; the perceiver and the perceived are one. And no matter how much the skeptical rationalist will argue to the contrary, a ruler, a physical ruler, is different to all who perceive it. There is no one ruler, no one exact measure, one unchanging perfect unit, there are many fluid units, one differing ruler for each observer, and each is different in accordance to who sees it, and when. There is no out there…only our impression of what is out there; an agreed upon consensus, a very fluid and changing consensus might I add, of what that reality is, a consensus which we, in the modern world, call the rational, the physical, and the ‘real’.

So, when you see the tree with your inner astral eyes, you will see what you think is a jumble of fluid and seemingly illusory things. But that jumble is made up of many important perceptive events, that do matter.

Let me give you an example of what you may see:

Most often, what you will see at first, is your concept of what that tree should be; your ideas, notions, expectations, your memory, and therefore beliefs as to what that tree is, and ought to be. This represents a phantom image, a notion, a memory of a thing, and that notion will cloud your vision of what you see, it will filter your seeing.

So that tree that you perceive with your inner senses, may be tall, while the accepted as physical version of the tree might be a bit shorter, it might have something on it that is or is not there in the physical dimension. This jumble, this complex system of perception, is also made up of probable realities, other dimensional probability points where the tree is or is not there in the physical location you expect it to be. It may also be green, purple, a cow, a person, a thought of something, like an idea superimposed on the place where the tree should be, and such probability points (that is other dimensions of actuality) will cloud how you see the astral tree and will therefore, from the perspective of a reasonable human, be phantom images, illusions superimposed on what the tree is supposed to be in the physical dimension.

It is also possible, that you may even experience phantom images that are made up of the thoughts that others have had, are having, or will have, about the tree. And these visions can be seen as the actual tree in a different form, or complete other events like a person hammering a nail, which could represent in that case the desire of that person to cut down the tree, to pound it down for example. So that you end up not seeing the tree, but actually seeing someone hammering, which you then conclude is nonsense, but that is in fact a most valid perception of another actuality that does matter!

There is therefore, a lot for you to potentially see, a great complex order of perception.

Know then that all is real, all is valid, your crazy visions while out of body are all valid, all phantom images are real and valid in their own right. The problem is not their validity, but your ability to navigate through them, and put all those greater perceptive realities in their place. This will mean that you will need to focus and do more out of body exploration, instead of giving up because you think its all nonsense. It will mean that you will need to start to appreciate and develop a far more powerful logical order of what is and is not, a logical outline far more complex than simple physical reason, and easily agreed upon group think.

But you can do this, we humans are far more capable than we imagine, and it is possible to greatly exceed the simple logic of reason and the laws of supposed sanity, of modern common sense, that tell you that you are a three dimensional thing stuck in a hard three dimensional world; a cube in a cube.

If you would like to know more about out of body travelling, about the out of body condition, other dimensions, timelines, and how to have out of body experiences yourself, then I recommend the book, out of body experiences quickly and naturally. This I feel is a very good introductory overview of the out of body condition and projecting, but for those that are interested in the big leagues as they say, in the hard core projectionist world and the core principals and techniques that can allow an individuality to fly free, perhaps forever, then I recommend the book, The way of the projectionist.

I have often spoken about the fact, that I feel that H.P. Lovecraft was not just a horror fiction writer, but that he was indeed a dreamer, that is he was an active participant in astral planes, where he did directly perceive those things, that he wrote about.

I feel that this is the case, because of the intensity of his words, the descriptive nature of them, and the fact that he wrote about many things that he could not have known about, even if he was the prolific occult reader that some have spoken about in his biographies. There are many passages for example, that he used in his supposedly fiction writing, that demonstrated an understanding of occult topics that had few, perhaps no parallels, at that time. He often described what I would term a very deep and highly complex energetic truth, one that was really never found in the contemporary occult writings of the time, and that were not part, in their complexity and intensity, of the occult library that he supposedly possessed.

One such passage, which had an incredible amount of hidden truth, one again that is impossible to just uncover in some text, and write about so eloquently and with such intensity, without actually perceiving it yourself directly, is the small, and now famous couplet from the short story, the nameless city.

This quote is as follows:

“That is not dead which can eternal lie,

And with strange eons even death may die.”

I would personally say that there are three potential interpretations, to the intense energetic truth in this couplet, that incredibly, has been presented as mere fiction, by this amazing writer and practitioner. This couplet by the way, is a true key, hidden as pulp fiction. This is a doorway, a kind of inner portal, that can indeed open entrances into new and sometimes terrifying dimensions. This is as the author would say, part of a great spell from a magic book, that can open doors into odd dimensions, where colossal and monstrous things lie dreaming.

But to get back to the interpretation of this couplet, I would say that there are three interpretations, definitions, of what this couplet actually means, and these explanations could be divided as:

-a regular interpretation for the average reader

-the definition of what a dark outer titan is, by a practising occultist, perhaps a dark practitioner

-and finally, an interpretation or definition of what this all means, for an inner alchemist from my current

We may start by trying to see things just from a fictional writer’s perspective, which is the most common perspective, being that it would be what you would imagine the author is trying to say to the average reader, what he is implying in relatively simple rational terms. That is, what he might be saying to a normal reader, trying to use rational words, to describe something that in its vastness and power, is beyond rationality itself.

What I feel he is trying to say to the average reader, is that there is this colossal and seemingly odious thing, this giant, this Titan, that in its sheer size and horror, has existed so long, and due to the very nature of it, the enormous-ness of it, the size of it, the alien character of it, it does not seem to be touched in some way by the entropy of this world. That through such sheer alien and foul power, power that goes beyond the puny rational understanding of humanity, this thing could exist so long in its lumbering, in its not so quiet dreaming, that eventually through the course of eons, and not just any time, but through the passage of an eternity of odd ages, this thing would even be able to outlast death itself, so that it could see death itself die, and it would continue past death. So that through the sheer massive power of it, the dark magic of it, it would in the end outlive death itself.

That is the first interpretation, and in and of itself, it is an amazing explanation of something that rationality has no equal in the average world, and all of this done in two lines. Magnificent writing really.

Now, why I say that H.P. Lovecraft was more than just an average writer with a great imagination, is that the intensity of the description given here, is only possible for someone who is not just a great writer, but also someone who can directly perceive, what he is trying to describe. I feel that this is so, because of the intensity of the writing, of the amount of information packed into every small bit of it. This could only be achieved by a seer, someone who could directly perceive, using what I referred to as the inner senses, or someone who has mastered the art of astral travel, which I refer to as being a projectionist.

So, in accordance with the power of such a direct seer of such a titan, then we can further add to the above explanation, to those that want a greater than just average and common understanding of H.P. Lovecraft, by saying that such a Titan, such a horror, as the one stumbled upon by the protagonist in the nameless city, is a giant of such monumental proportions, that it occupies space not only in this three dimensional reality, but also in other dimensions. What I mean by this is that this thing that the protagonist has found, is so large, that it basically goes beyond one place, and into multiple dimensions.

This is an incredibly difficult thing to describe, for anyone, but for a master writer like H.P. Lovecraft, his use of incredibly descriptive words, plus his ability to leave certain things, certain particular things, to the imagination, is incredibly potent, and it is indeed a kind of magic. He for example, says that there is this lost city, which in rational terms can be defined as a contained geography of certain proportions understandable in rational terms. But, he also says that within this place there is something that is so big, that it goes beyond the geography of this particular physical place alone. He is saying that there is this thing within this place, that is so heavy, that has so much of a kind of weight of intensity, a horrific weight he adds, that it basically defies the average understanding of the term colossal. As such this thing is so big in a way, it is so heavy in its evil, that it exists in places beyond this place, it exists basically in other dimensions. It is not just on in the city, it is not just in the physical body of the place itself, it is beyond all that, the heinousness of it is beyond physicality.

Due to the sheer size of it, which as I have pointed out is beyond physical, this nameless evil seems to be able to live eternally, in that morbid sleep of it, and because of this colossal multidimensional nature of it, it is not affected in some way by the entropy of this world. In other words, the alien-ness of it is something, that a seer of it, a true seer, using average words, might describe as multidimensional, or as something that is beyond the eons of time.

He alludes to this multidimensional reality, by saying that it cannot be touched somehow, that it can eternally lie without corruption. And in this eternal and unaffected sleep, it can lie so long that it can even cheat death of death itself. He is saying in his general work, that there are Titans out there, in the infinity of the cosmos, Titans which I argue he must have seen directly himself, because of the sheer force and descriptive detail of his writing, that in their colossal nature, these titans, are in a way beyond average death itself. And he says the massive weight of this Titan is such, that it defies dimensions, and due to that force of gravity, like a kind of singularity of evil, it cannot die in this dimension.

This is where his descriptions end in a way using regular terms, but we could continue from an occult, hidden, inner point of view, from an inner perspective, as a continuation from his seeing to my seeing, using the inner senses and the art of projection, in the way of my current as I write about in my books. And from that extended point of view, we could say that the seeing of such inner practitioners does indeed reveal, that such massive Titans do indeed exist out there, and that they do indeed defy what might be termed physical death, through their sheer colossal nature, through their ability to participate simultaneously in many dimensions, and through that force, through that power, that massive intensity, they defy what might be termed natural entropy, and the laws of any one, particular dimension.

And we may go even further, in that extended interpretation of this famous couplet, by considering the point of view and the seeing and doing of a dark occult practitioner. From that perceptive point we could say, that after a lifetime of struggle, such a practitioner, may be able to finally see the true nature of energetic reality, the true nature of the cosmos, and further they may then be able to finally perceive for themselves directly, those outer Titans that H.P. Lovecraft described throughout his work. As such, continuing with such dark occult practices, such a practitioner might continue in their occult efforts, by trying to duplicate the power of such Titans, in whatever way they can.

And they do so, being that such practitioners are indeed real, they do, try to become just like their master, through dark techniques that allow them to gain weight, more and more mass, more gravity, dark intensity, so that they too can eventually begin to occupy different dimensions, and never leave this dimension fully. They then may leave a corpus of themselves here, just like that repellent viewless aura, that encompassed that timeless city that the protagonist found, in the story, the nameless city.

The nature of such dark practitioners is such that, in their struggle to duplicate those outer Titans, a part of them always maintains its tenacious, terrible, hold on this three-dimensional reality, and uses the great desire of the flesh to be found here, the way of the flesh here, the way of the flesh, to bind aspects of themselves to this dimension, and yet move on to others, as well. And in doing so, through dark means, through weight, they try to acquire more and more energy, like fabled vampires, but more. I say more because of the intensity of the technique, of the complexity of it. And in that way, through the acquisition of such power and such weight, always more and more weight, it is their hope to one day defy death in the same way that the Titan from this fantastic tale of horror does, written and described by someone who I believe was indeed a seer, a direct perceiver, of such monstrous entities that are indeed real, not fiction.

Further, and in a final definition of what this couplet can mean, we could say that through such perceptions, and the experiences of those dark practitioners just described, other practitioners, through their particular seeing in accordance with all that can be witnessed, may in their interpretation of all that seeing and doing, move along in a different direction, a direction of lightness as opposed to weight. Instead of binding themselves to this dimension through the love of the flesh, the endless pain and pleasure, the desire, the dark dreaming of that titan from the nameless city, they instead try to let go of all weight and in that fashion move into different dimensions, through lightness as opposed to great weight, and in that manner conquer death not through weight, but through true freedom.

This then is the definition of that famous couplet taken to its furthest point, beyond the common and into the realm of those that know. And this knowing says that, while there are those of an order that try to directly duplicate the weight of the very real outer Titans, there are those that in seeing the folly of them, in the folly of those dark practitioners, decided to use that seeing and that experience, to move in a different way, a contrary way, a way of lightness as opposed to great mass.

In conclusion, I can say that those that can see, will always be hindered by the rational, by the words that one needs to use to describe those things that are outside the scope of those words themselves. Individuals like H.P. Lovecraft in their great gift for words, will squeeze such words and create utter wonder, true magic from them. But those words will always be a kind of limiter as to what is descriptively possible. And yet, within those words, written by a seer, or projectionist, a true practitioner, a true artist such as H.P. Lovecraft, there will always be a kind of intensity in such work, that will flow beyond those words themselves, that will add a kind of intensity or way to them that is very very hard to describe, in rational terms.

Such practitioners and such artists, therefore, will always be hindered because words were never truly designed, to describe those odd angles that they can perceive directly through their inner senses. Such true practitioners may even need to resort to calling their work, their revelation, their magic, fiction.

And due to the fact that the nature of such inner travels is so all-consuming to the psyche, such practitioners will almost always be lonely souls, existing at the fringe of the common world. As such, they may need to try to survive in the human world in any way that they can, at that outer edge, being that such seers cannot function in some crucial ways in the common world. Such powerful seers or projectionists, lost in an alien reality of multiple dimensions, being that they have had access to other dimensions, other dimensions that may have changed them, made them different , not wholly of this human world any longer, they may need to use those very words that they may find so challenging, so limiting, to try to survive in this world.

They may need to resort to any means necessary, to survive in a world, perhaps even calling themselves something that they are not, like fiction writers, writers of weird tales perhaps.

H.P. Lovecraft needed to become a writer of supposed fiction, a writer of strange and weird horror stories. Stories so strange and so new in their perspective, so intense in a hard to define way, that they would never be truly and fully appreciated during his lifetime. But those words, those simple and eloquent words, still managed to have so much intensity, that in time the weight of them would indeed begin to change the face of how humanity perceives itself, and the greater cosmos.

And that is the odd way of magic, and that is the way of intensity. The body may die, but the words live on, and through those words a part of what once was exists still, it gains weight through the mass of human attention, and through that mass, it begins to exist in more than just one dimension, and through that increasing intensity of time and through that power, perhaps in the course of odd eons, that which lies eternal in the minds of humanity, may even, watch death, die.

I received a comment on my site that I found deeply interesting.

The commenter asked me about a particular trend that he had heard about, having to do with astral projection, and the possibility of using various techniques to move into alternate worlds. This particular trend that he wrote to me about was happening in Tik-Tok, which is a short form video hosting site, where people may post videos up to 15 seconds long.

This particular trend that he was talking about, involved a tik-tok group that was interested in something that they referred to as shifting. The commenter explained that this shifting allows the participant to essentially project astrally, and then “shift” their consciousness to a desired reality. In this particular case, most often to some kind of fantasy realm, another timeline, one that is very much like or just like a fantasy or sci fi book or movie.

He asked me if such a thing, in accordance with my practice was possible, and he was also interested in knowing if such an ability meant that the Archon, which is something that I discuss in great detail in some of my books, would then be a moot point. In other words, if one could shift into such other worlds, and stay there for extended periods of time, perhaps worlds where time did not function the same way that it does here, so that an hour in physical reality might mean a week in that other world let us say, then such a thing as a Demiurge or in Archon, if such shifting was possible, would make such Titans laughable, instantly escapable using such techniques.

This is a wonderful comment and question certainly, and the idea that such an interesting trend is happening on tik-tok is quite compelling to me. The commenter, who has experience with astral travel said that many of the techniques discussed seemed viable, and as such it is wonderful for me to know that such a thing is happening, that people are using such sites to share information and experience, and indeed it has always been my hope that people begin to do things like this, exploiting modern technology, and develop modern versions of ancient techniques, and share those in an infinitely agile space,

in order to develop highly creative new techniques and impetus, to accomplish those things that the average rational world believes to be impossible.

There will always be of course a great deal of disinformation, incorrect information, to some degree, in such open forums. But in such agile spaces, where hundreds or thousands of people can express themselves quickly and openly, I feel that a serious practitioner will always gain a great deal from such sources. And the momentum of such a trend, the wave of it, is incredibly important in starting a push away from the morose aspects of current rational reality, where people are constantly being fed limitation and dower news, as opposed to being given wings to fly free.

So, to me, this is perhaps the greatest aspect of this particular news shared by this commenter. But I also feel that in order to help with this trend, I need to give a little bit of nuanced information in accordance with the current of inner alchemy, in the hopes that such information may help people participating in those trends.

To begin with, as I have mentioned on a few article and certain books, more specifically the books, the way of the projectionist, and out of body experiences quickly and naturally, such a thing as shifting is possible, doable, and indeed the way by which inner alchemists are able to begin to defy the great gravity, the dimensional density, of this rational reality, which I have described as being like a trap, like a cube, a small cube, that surrounds us and keeps us bound to a prison of materiality and limitation.

Inner alchemists having discovered techniques that allow them to participate in this kind of shifting, can move into such alternate spaces, alternate realities as it were, and there participate in incredible adventures and perception events, that can begin overtime to greatly change the nature of their being, so that after they become adept in this shifting technique,

after they have spent enough time in those other, more expansive realities, they truly become so free and so vast internally, that when they return to average human reality, in many ways you could say that they have become a kind of alien in their own world, in the average human world.

Such shifting might seem trite to some, who might feel that going to a supposedly perfect fantasy reality might mean nothing in the real world. But such travels can vastly increase a person’s intellect, can open them up to incredible diversity of space and time, and can indeed change them so much overtime that to put it bluntly, the average world becomes slow and banal in comparison.

In accordance with inner alchemy therefore, there are indeed many alternate spaces, spaces that either exist as separate worlds, such as the worlds potentially created in the quantum multi-verse theory, or worlds created by one or a group of such shifters. So, there are in essence alternate worlds, and there are also created worlds, and each one is expansive and changing, growing, just like this world, but depending on the nature of that world, the laws applicable here might not exist there at all. For that reason, participating in those worlds can allow such shifters to become creators, adventurers, psychonaughts of great prowess on some occasions, and being that such inner motion is so unlimited, at least in comparison to the mundane rational reality with all its density, such inner motion is indeed the way to greater human transformation.

Of particular note in this comment, is the idea that such worlds might allow a person to make the Archon moot as it were, and this is the part that needs some nuance in my reply.

While it is possible for such practitioners, such shifters, to begin to greatly expand the size of their world, and even expand the length of their own living existence, by shifting into dimensional spaces that do not have the kind of restrictions to be found here in this dense earthly reality, there are certain limitations that must be understood. Those limitations are indeed part of the challenge of this life let us say, being that overcoming these limitations, these challenges, is the way towards greater growth, which then opens up more and more possibilities that are in essence beyond scope, beyond limitations of any kind as they progress, that indeed can lead such shifters to what may be referred to as eternity.

I have on occasion referred to this challenge as gravity, in order to try to equate such a challenge to the modern quest of moving into space, the space-age, and the current race to get off the planet. But this challenge or obstacle, might also be referred to as density, vibration, or any of the other terms used by any particular discipline that might use and understand such techniques as astral travel, shifting, or the way of the projectionist.

In this particular case though, the best term to explain these Archonic limitations might be entropy. Now, entropy means in the most basic sense, the measure of the possible randomness of any particular system. And what this means within the context of shifting, is that, within that cube that I have spoken of, within that world that we find ourselves as material creatures, there exists a force that has created, that has helped to create, a particular kind of weight or friction within the founding parameters of that world.

The entropy to be found within this material world means in a sense that there is only so much energy that can be accessed, supposedly, and that due to this lack, due to this finite-ness to what is possible, anything and everything done within this particular dimensional cube, this trap, comes at a certain cost in accordance to how close you are to that entropy creating entity, how close you are to the ruler of this dimensional space, how close you are to the Archon.

This may sound complicated, but it all really boils down to the idea that depending on where you are in space-time, depending on where you are in any particular dimension, that entropy will always cost you in accordance to how close you are to the material dimension, which is the dimension where the archonic force rules completely. That entropy means that whatever you do will always cost some energy, some kind of fuel. Everything costs something, there is a barter, a give-and-take, a drag, a gravity, a friction, a density, to everything.

In accordance with inner alchemy, such a fuel can be referred to as the amount of energy that any particular person has, the amount of energy contained within any particular person, personal energy. To simplify things further, inner alchemists can further refine such terms and methodology by saying that that energy, could be perceived within the material world as focus. In other words, personal energy equals personal focus. The more energy the individual has, the more focus that they have, the more fuel that they have, and therefore the more ability that they have to participate in those alternate worlds that the shifters seek.

Now, being that this fuel is all-important, being that focus is all-important, it is this personal power that inner alchemists seek at all costs. And further, it is this fuel that the archon feeds on. So, it is this fuel that the shifters need to spend increasing amounts of time in other worlds, but this fuel is also sought by the archon, and that is the nature of the challenge. And this fuel is all-important, because it allows such shifters to not only extend the amount of time that they can shift, but it also allows them to manipulate to a far greater degree in those other worlds. This is the cost, and this is the challenge of the archon, that fuel. And this is the true nature of entropy in accordance with inner alchemy.

For that reason, it is in that sense a battle with the Archon. The Archon is not moot therefore, because such shifters will always be fighting the entropy created by the Archon. And when such shifters are able to go far enough, that this Archonic entropy loses some of its power because they have gone so far from the material let us say, they will discover that there are other entropy generating entities out there, of titanic proportions, of ever-increasing proportions, that all shifters, that all projectionists, must deal with. And indeed, if such shifters are worth their salt, if they have partaken in great adventures and have been able to fortify themselves and hone their weapons and their armor in those other dimensions, then these obstacles, this increasing complexity in entropy that must be overcome, becomes a source of growth, a way of empowerment.

And in that overcoming, evolution happens, until the projectionist, the shifter, has gained so much fuel and so much ability, that they are able to tackle the greatest entropy generating force for us, death itself.

What I am trying to say, is that there is a cost to things, nothing is free, at least not within this dimensional zone, and being that the shifter’s, the projectionist’s body, their physical essence, is during physical life trapped within this dimensional zone, they must understand that they must contend with this cost. The Archon is not moot, it is our eternal challenge while physically alive, and this means at the very least that a shifter may need to work on their technique, before they are able to get the kinds of results that they seek.

I mention this because it is my desire that such a trend continues, and for that to happen, the obstacles to such a magnificent inner action, this shifting, must be understood so that those that participate in it are not instantly discouraged, but knowing about this entropy to be found in this dimensional reality where they exist as physical beings, they can then incorporate this knowing, and use the infinitely creative space that they have been using thus far, to come up with better and better ways to overcome it.

And let me be clear, in accordance with the practice and the doings of inner alchemy, shifting, the way of the projectionist, is indeed real, possible, and can lead to expanded realities of proportions that are beyond rational scope. And such shifting, can allow such intrepid travelers and adventurers, to participate in journeys of such vast proportions, that such individuals can truly be said to be living out sometimes even multiple lifetimes in realities beyond most people’s imagination.

In my writings on projecting as part of the art of inner alchemy, I have mentioned that it is possible to live for days, perhaps years, in another world, another dimension while projecting, and that even though these projections might seem like days to you as a projectionist, these projections may only have taken minutes, in accordance with physical clock time.

Some readers might wonder how this is possible, how can someone live out a lifetime in a dream, in a projection, while only having used up hours of physical clock time? How is this intensity possible in projections?

Well, I think that most people have, or know about someone that has had the experience of taking a light nap, and even though they were sleeping for what could have been minutes in clock time, it actually felt to the sleeper like this quick nap was much longer. In other words, many people have had an experience where internal time, dream time, seems to happen at a much different rate than external physical clock time.

Such experiences can help in understanding how a projectionist can defy the laws of rational clock time. Just like a regular person can access a seemingly extended dream-time, an inner alchemist can do the same, but for much longer and in a far more lucid manner. What is happening here, is that inner alchemists, through their ability to increase the power of their attention, can take full advantage of that flexibility of inner time. By becoming powerful projectionists, that is people that can project inwardly and then outwardly, which some may refer to as astral travel, these practitioners can move farther and farther away from what could be referred to as the objective physical and three dimensional world. In doing so they can in that fashion move into different dimensional, or psychological (inner psyche) locations, where there can be a great alteration, a great difference, between that internal time in that dimensional location, and outer physical clock time.

Through their ability to focus their attention to an incredible degree, and their growing prowess as projectionists, inner alchemists can go to places that seem like far away dream places, but that are actually out there places, other dimensional places, other locations, other very real worlds, where on occasion time works differently, it moves slower or better yet faster, than physical time. Projectionist have learnt to take advantage of the fact that in other dimensions, time can have different intensities.

When such a projectionist becomes powerful and experienced enough, they can map out new territories in locations that are nowhere in the realm of physical and rational human reality, and they can then move into these locations for extended periods of time in a fully awake manner. Once this is possible, such a trans-dimensional traveler can in those other locations live out entire existences, the equivalent of entire lifetimes sometimes, in other dimensions, partaking in what may even be great adventures, that only take up hours of physical clock world time. Such an individual then can be said to be incredibly old, even though from a physical point of view, in accordance with clock time, they do not seem to be that old at all, because such individuals have lived out many lifetimes of adventure in regions of high intensity. In other words, an entire lucid, that is conscious and remembered experience that may seem to be months or years long, can be lived out in one night of physical time. And upon waking, after such an intensity, such a traveler may wake up as a wholly different person. An increasingly alien person.

What is very difficult for the average person to comprehend is that all of us, all humans, at least those that can believe enough to at least take a chance and learn these skills, can access other dimensions as projectionists, and those other dimensions are not bound to the same rules, the same gravity, that binds this dimension. That being the case, depending on where you go, and what maps you may have been able to make, you can live out experiences that truly defy all rational ideas about life and the nature of existence.

When a projectionist has accumulated enough energy, using the containment techniques of inner alchemy, such an augmented person (such a person that has extra energy) can use that energy to increase their focus of attention, so that what they focus their attention on becomes unwavering, stable. With such unwavering focus, they can then use that extra power to become stable and lucid master inner travelers (projectionists), that can travel to particular places for extended periods. Such experienced inner travelers, after developing relentless focus and experience, can hit a kind of threshold in their capabilities, they can reach an incredible point in their perceptive power. This means that such an individual, with such power and experience does at a certain point, cross a type of energetic line, where those inner projections become so vivid, so life like, that these new places that they project to become true energetic other realities, other worlds. At that point it can be said that they have really, energetically, moved, become a part of, new locations, other dimensions, other oh so real worlds. Let me repeat that, other real worlds.

It is at this point, when these inner travels become so real through the augmentation of focus and the development of prowess as a projectionist that physical clock time is transcended. When this happens, a projectionist is unbound and breaks free to a great degree from the three dimensional cage that corrals most of humanity, and they can begin to explore worlds that are not just as real as the physical waking one, but are also other times, complete other lives, other dimensions, that allow such a traveler to transcend the average human notion of life experience.

Such people may be a certain age physically, but internally, energetically, experientially, they may be hundreds of years old, and may have experienced such wonders, such unbelievable adventure and living experience, that the average human world becomes almost boring and common place to them, and in the end this human, physical, three dimensional place becomes what it was always meant to be, just one stop in an infinitude of possible places available for us to explore.

At such a point, life changes for the projectionist, and at that point they will know as an energetic fact, as a lived and experienced fact, that those other dimensional realities are as real and stable as anything possible in the physical world.

But those that do not have this experience of knowing may wonder, how do you know that those worlds are stable? That they are as stable as the physical world? Could it be that every time that you project you are just going to dreamland or an infinity of parallel worlds, that are different each time?

That is a good question, and as a projectionist with a little bit of experience at seeing this supposedly absolute three dimensional reality from a position outside of it, I might ask such a person, how do you know that where you go to over and over again in the physical world, is the same place that you were the day before?

In other words, how do you know the locations of the places where you live? How do you know that they are not new places (new worlds) each time you wake up from sleep? How do you know that your physical world is stable? That it is an unchanging world? That it is not, at each instance, a new parallel world?

A growing number of modern scientists are saying that this world may be a persistent kind of illusion, a simulation. Is this not the developing theology of the times? And if the physical world is a simulation, how do we know that the world that we wake up to each morning is the exact same world as yesterday? How do we know anything is real, or stable?

Maybe the world is all fake in a way, a parallel world each time we wake up in the morning, what a nightmare perhaps, such a thought. But, to answer this question, the fundamental answer is I suppose, that there is no real way to know for sure that you do not wake up to a different world every day.

But I can tell you what a projectionist knows, and about the techniques that they use to map out territory and in that way find stability in alien dimensions, which can then help in understanding this dimension, simulation or not.

For them there are different ways to know, or create stability, whether you are in this physical world that may be a simulation, or another dream world, another projection location beyond this dimension, and it is something that most people, average people, do quite unconsciously, like a type of unconscious survival heuristic.

First, they internally measure how real things seem, in accordance to how real their senses say something is, they trust their senses and then they further make things more real and stable by following the consensus, the opinion of other people existing in this world. If it feels, looks, tastes, smells, and sounds real to you, and it is as real to another supposedly) as it is to you, and yet to another, and another, and another still, then such consensus in time means that for all of you this one thing, and eventually this one place, is real. The mob rules in a way. This is how we differentiate the sane from the insane, the relatively smart from the idiotic.

A map of the physical world is therefore created by your intellect, by you, through your perceptions and by the consensus of the people that you see in this world. In this physical dimension for example, you remember, memory is very important, and you trust in the consistency of your perceptions and in the consistency of all those around you, this, and those perceptions of perceptions, you remember. When this consistency is established, the memory of this consistency is your map. A map is a repeatable memory.

The fundamental difference between sanity and insanity, between a physical thing and an illusion or delusion, for an inner alchemist, for a projectionist, is dimensional stability (meaning crossing that threshold that I mentioned earlier where things become truly real for you no matter where you are as a lucid being) and the consensus by the mass of those aware entities (in this case the people) participating and focusing their unrelenting attention, on that dimensional location. Projectionists use those sanity rules to create consistency, stability, that they then turn into maps through memory.

Some say that only physical things can hurt or kill you, and yet as any experienced psychologists knows all too well, supposedly mental delusions are as real to the supposedly deluded as anything real to the sane, and those illusions from those supposedly deluded people can hurt them, and if they are believed with the fervor of the deluded, then illusions can hurt others as well.

If I tell you to think of a juicy sour lemon in your mouth, of the dripping sour juice falling into your mouth, stinging your lips, and your mouth waters because of these phrases, these idea words, then basically that illusion of an illusory lemon, is real to you in a way. These words, and this image is making your mouth water, something that is supposed to be an autonomic reaction, a reaction that you can’t supposedly control consciously, and yet you are, you are changing the supposed rationally impossible through a kind of short and shallow projection of attention.

If this is possible with a simple image, idea, held by a person with average power to focus, then what can the relentless focus of a master projectionist do? What can the delusion of a powerful inner alchemist do? And if such a delusion is held by a number of people, then is there a point when that delusion becomes real?

Inner alchemists believe that the world is a kind of highly persistent delusion where both dimensionality (a particular dimensional location bound by certain energetic laws) and group consensus; living beings either bound or freely focusing with unrelenting power on particular dimensional location perceptions, create a stability referred to as a world.

The difference between average people and inner alchemists is that people believe that this is the only real world. They believe this because they are stuck in this one dimension, but projectionist through their direct experience know, have experienced directly, that this is just one in a multitude of other worlds that they can travel to, that there are infinite persistent other worlds, out there, not just this one. And in that sense, this world is a simulation.

And just like the incredibly consistent map (through perceptive focus and consensus) that we have created for this physical world, this same thing can be done in worlds beyond the one that we call physical reality. In those other worlds, there are different things to remember and different consistency rules, but maps can be created just like the very stable and consistent one that has been created for this one.

Fundamentally, just like there is no real way to find out whether you wake up to a new world every day, there is no way to find out if you are projecting into a world that is very similar but with tiny differences. In the end all that we can do is trust in our map and our consistencies, or perhaps it is better to say that we should not trust any of our maps or consistencies to the point that we think they are all truth, all reality, but use them nonetheless while in this world or any world, because after all is said and done, that is all that we have these memories, these maps, to keep us somewhat sane, because after all (at least to an inner alchemist) the only real difference between sane and insane, is consensus.

In modern times we say that dreaming (projecting or astral travel) are a replica of the real world. Dreams are just so much unconscious noise and repression. Dreams can’t harm you; you just wake up. And yet, for those that can remember them better than most, and for those that seriously study them (and academia is not seriously studying them in my opinion), dreams can kill, they can heal, they are as real as anything could be, and yet they exist in a seeming no place, a dream-scape, that to the average person does not seem real, certainly not as real as waking life, the waking world.

But to a projectionist dream locations are real. Indeed, those worlds can be in many ways even more real than this physical place, and some practitioners have mapped out those other places with such precision that for them, this human waking world is in no way more real than those other alien places.

In the end illusion, simulation, reality, is a far more relative measure than most could ever imagine, at least for the inner alchemist, and thanks to such (from the average perspective) delusions, an inner alchemist can experience marvels.

To free yourself in such a manner, if you wish to experience lifetimes and unbounded realities like projectionists do, what you must begin to come to terms with is not whether something is real or not, a simulation or not, but that multiple things can be real at a certain dimensional, psychological, awareness, position and not real at others, and that we humans do have the possibility of existing in multiple positions, multiple dimensions. We humans can break the three dimensional cube, and when we do, when we can know directly that there are so many other real places out there, the reality of the real or the illusion of the mob consensus, becomes inconsequential.

The horror, the real horror is not that this objective world might not be real, a simulation, as some like to believe in this modern period. It is instead  that we humans (most of us) are stuck, being corralled, being kept like prisoners, in only one position, one dimension, even though we have the potential to experience so much more.

We are in a simulation, but not the kind of simulation that most people believe. Instead, the simulation is the clouding of the energetic fact that this supposed only real world, is just one possible stop for us humans.

In many of my writings I often refer to something I call the dark sea. One of my readers asked me to talk a little more about the dark sea, and to define exactly what it means within the context of my writing.

I have given a general definition that I add to my books) so that the reader can understand what I’m talking about, but I would like to make a video in order to explain the meaning of this enigmatic term in a more comprehensive or perhaps more descriptive fashion.

So you may ask, what is the dark sea?

Now, the term itself, comes from the writings of Carlos Castaneda, and I have used it because I think it’s so eloquently describes my direct perceptions of the infinity that surrounds us.

Imagine that you are a fish swimming within an ocean. Due to the fact that you are a fish, you may not even realize that your home is a dark and infinite ocean, a dark sea. Due to your general physiology, you live within a certain patch or band of the dark sea that is your home.

If you go too high your physiology will not allow you to withstand the lighter pressure of this ocean, and your eyes may not be able to withstand the brighter light. Conversely, if you dive deeper than your physiology will allow, then you will not be able to breathe, and you may not be able to see in those deep dark waters.

Due to the general structure of your being, you are bound to only a certain region of a large ocean. From your point of view as a fish within this ocean, the world is only so large and as far as you can tell the only kind of life forms that exist are the ones that either exist alongside you in this particular band of the ocean, or the odd life that sometimes makes its way across your tiny section of the dark sea.

It is the case actually, that your fish eyes can only see a certain range of things, they are after all designed to only be able to exist and thrive in the most symbiotic way possible, only in that certain height within the dark sea that you call home. And therefore, the reality is that across this entire sea there is a great variety of life forms, and most of this life, even though it may be right beside you at this moment, is invisible to you, because your fishy senses cannot perceive them.

Now, let’s say, that you are able to learn to move beyond your little band of the ocean, that somehow you are able to learn techniques that allow you to travel far beyond your particular home within this infinity, and due to this skill you begin to travel and see the many wonders to be found within the ocean.

Through these travels, thanks to the techniques that you have been able to develop, you begin to see that the place that is your home, is very small. That there is infinity any which way you look, and that you can go forever in any one direction without ever discovering and end to this ocean. Indeed, unlike a regular ocean, this ocean that is your home has no bottom, the depths go on forever. And there is also no surface to this ocean, you could always go higher and higher but you will never find an end to the infinity all around you.

The techniques that you have developed, have allowed you to see that you are indeed inside an ocean, that there is therefore a medium that you exist within, that this medium propels you, and that it gives you life; without it you would not be able to live so well and so free as a fish or as any other kind of life form for that matter.

Thanks to your travels you also find that this ocean in which you live is actually quite dark, that is there are certain patches where light congregates, and within these patches or clusters as it were, there is a great deal of life and activity. But, of the totality that you have been able to witness thus far in your travels, most of the ocean seems to be quite dark, indeed there are certain parts within it that are so dark that they seem to be black pools of nothing.

Having become a traveler of this mostly dark ocean, this dark sea, you are at times stunned by the sheer size and the darkness that you may witness. The variety of life and the infinity that you feel sometimes weighs upon you, just like the pressures of an infinite ocean can weigh upon a small fish swimming within the dark pools of an infinite sea.

This is the dark sea, the great dark sea. There is no boundary to it. It is an infinity that stretches all around us every moment of every day. We are beings, like the fish, that are designed to live within certain bands of this infinity. From our point of view it seems that life and reality is only so, but for those that are able to learn ways to travel beyond the band that is their natural home, they soon discover that they indeed live in an infinite cosmos. A vastness so large and so overwhelming, so full of more things than could possibly be imagined, so dark and so fierce, so large and so full of Titanic life far beyond anything that could be imagined or measured, that in the end words fail, rationality or any type of generally used mental syntax, hits a wall that it cannot pass.

The traveler then is faced with only one possibility in trying to describe that darkness to others of its kind, always knowing that they will fail in the end. The best that such a traveller can do is to use a metaphor and refer to the great infinity of all that is, as something akin to an incredibly dark sea.

If you would like to know more about the great dark sea, my descriptions of it and the techniques that I teach others so that they may learn to travel across the great dark see for themselves, then I recommend the book,

The Way of the Projectionist

Lucid dreaming is a fantastic adventure that anyone can learn to do, if, they are willing to dedicate some time and effort to develop this skill.

Lucid dreaming is basically the ability to become conscious in a dream, that is the ability to realize that you are dreaming, and then be able to actively and quite consciously, move within, and change aspects of that dream event.
A lucid dreamer for example, can easily make him or herself float and fly within a dream, and indeed this is my most favorite thing to do, when I am lucid dreaming. Lucid dreamers can do just about anything that they want in a dream. Indeed when a lucid dreamer develops enough skill at manipulating within a dream, the dream world becomes a private virtual reality chamber, where they are able to be and do whatever they want.
