In this section you will find many natural cures that I hope will help you to deal with health problems that tend to come up in your life. What I mean by natural cure is not essentially cures that are only made up of herbs and health plans but cures that can provide relief of many health issues without you needing to buy some drug or another from the store.

Some of these cures are personal in that I have either come up with them myself or have a lot of experience in using them.
